⚠️Action Item: Identify the Problem If your card transaction is declined or fails, please consider the following factors and steps:
- Ensure that your card has a minimum balance of $10 to avoid transaction failures.
- For online payments or transactions exceeding $1000, please fill out the form to activate our VIP Bypass feature: Kindly indicate the duration you’ll need this feature activated.
- Note that transactions at gas stations using “Pre-Authorization” may be declined by Visa. This method is commonly used by hotels (hotel deposits), gas stations, and other merchants.
- If your transaction fails, it could be due to the website being flagged as high-risk by the bank and lacking 3D security. Please provide us with details so we can investigate:
- The last 4 digits of your card
- Merchant name
- Transaction amount
- Date of transaction
- Error message received (if any)
- A brief description of the issue
- Screenshot of the error message (if available)
Our support team will investigate the issue and provide appropriate assistance.

Additionally, please be aware that your card may be automatically locked by Visa or the bank if you attempt to use it more than three times without success.
